At Elli, design is rooted in everything we do. Our design team and our external partners are collaborating closely with engineering, product management and marketing on a variety of exciting products, bridging all of us with our users.

Being a designer at Elli is so much more than just work. Our design team is a place to grow and learn together with likeminded colleagues.
Through mentoring and feedback, we empower Ellians to explore new ideas that lead to real impact, while creating a fun and relaxed working culture.
We collaborate in a variety of ways - from weekly design reviews, to frequent design pairings, and design retrospectives.
Through a UX community of practice we also organize cross-functional initiatives with our fellow Ellians from engineering and product management.
Elli has put such an interesting spin on making electromobility accessible to everyone, that it’s very exciting to face the challenges we do every day! For me, it’s especially refreshing to work alongside such a motivated and creative team. Pushing the envelope and always being able to put the team first has been really rewarding. Years later, I still don’t hate Mondays :)
At Elli, I get to collaborate with incredibly creative designers from all walks of life. And the best part is we contribute to shaping the future of e-mobility while focusing on solving real energy and charging challenges for our customers. It’s genuinely exiting, fun, and fulfilling!
